The Banana Blossom concept was born in 2003 when husband and wife duo, Ben and Nat Thomas, combined cultural and professional backgrounds to create a fresh fast-food alternative. After a successful launch as a restaurant, they went on to open their first quick-service Banana Blossom location in Mona Vale, Sydney, which has since grown to eight stores across the city.
Recently, Banana Blossom expanded into Queensland, opening their first location in Alexandra Headland, Sunshine Coast under a franchise agreement with a local mother & daughter duo. This new location is the salad franchise’s first store outside New South Wales, with more locations to come in Queensland as well as Newcastle on the NSW central coast.
